This involves a barrister or a solicitor reviewing the prosecution's case against you to ensure there are no legal reasons why it cannot proceed against you or why you have a valid defence. It is very often the case in Driving Law matters that you are looking for some assurances that the prosecution actually have a case against you and that there isn't some procedure that they have missed that you might be able to explore as part of your defence.
